Nick Sweeney, Director
Director Nick Sweeney has spent over fifteen years working in the legal market in Melbourne and Sydney, as well as in New York City. He is a qualified lawyer, part of a multi-generational family of Australian lawyers and is very passionate about the Australian Legal market.
Nick is recognised for the many senior Partner assignments and Team Moves he has successfully conducted. Throughout his career he has facilitated over 100 moves of market leading Partners and lawyers.
He has worked in Legal Partner search with a leading global Executive Search firm in Melbourne for around five years and prior to that worked for five years in Legal Search in New York for a major international search firm, where for a period he was the top performer out of over 5,000 recruitment consultants globally. He commenced his career as an M&A/Corporate lawyer in Melbourne with a leading national firm, a firm with an outstanding culture.
Nick has excellent long-term relationships across the Australian legal industry and personally values these relationships very highly.
